Report to Governor & Prince George's County General Assembly Delegation due Dec. 31, 2019 (Chapter 128, Acts of 2018; Chapter 159, Acts of 2019).

In June 2018, the Task Force on the Use of Master Meters for Utility Services in Prince George's County was authorized (Chapter 128, Acts of 2018).

The Task Force is to study issues concerning the use of master meters in multiple-occupancy residential buildings constructed as or converted to condominiums or cooperative ownerships in Prince George's County. Further, the Task Force is to study and make recommendations on what money is owed for utility services by unit owners in such residential buildings.

Authorization for the Task Force was to end June 30, 2019; however, in June 2019, it was extended to June 30, 2020 (Chapter 159, Acts of 2019).
