Interim Report to Governor due Dec. 31, 2019 (Executive Order 01.01.2019.03).

Final Report to Governor due Sept. 30, 2020 (Executive Order 01.01.2019.03).

In February 2019, the Governor formed the Maryland Complete Count Committee (Executive Order 01.01.2019.03).

Until March 31, 2020, the Committee is to meet at least quarterly to develop and implement a community outreach strategy that encourages full participation in the 2020 federal census. With local government, community organizations and local complete count committees, the Committee will work to accomplish its objectives. Hard-to-count populations and groups will be a focus of the Committee's plans and strategies for overcoming barriers to participation in the 2020 Census.
